By visiting different locations and observing and interviewing people, a clear understanding of the key pain points was developed.

The main pain points were that board games were difficult to play on the train, as constant movement caused pieces to fall over or drop to the floor, making the experience frustrating.

The game pieces are placed on holders and attached to the transparent LEGO plate. This keeps them securely in place, preventing them from falling over when the train moves and making it possible to play board games during the journey.
